Your Mission

As a facility technician at Frescati, you have a technical generalist role where you, together with 3 other facility technicians, share responsibility for our properties, which can range from lecture halls to modern laboratories. You are the first point of contact for customers regarding operational issues, responsible for ensuring a good customer experience in daily operations. The area includes everything from new premises with cutting-edge technical installations to buildings constructed last century, where our work to develop and energy-efficient buildings is crucial.

In your role, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of assigned buildings and assist in the establishment and implementation of maintenance plans. You handle service requests from tenants and conduct inspections of buildings and grounds. In this role, you will meet both customers and tenants in your daily work and actively contribute to a good customer dialogue. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with other team members such as facility technicians, technical specialists, and property managers to create value and efficiency together.

You will be based at Frescati and report to the Group Manager for Technical Operations & Services.

Your Background and Experience

To be successful in your mission, we believe you have solid experience in:

• Property management and a strong interest in properties and technology.
• Technical or property-oriented education from high school with further training from a vocational college or equivalent.
• Knowledge of technical installations for:
•  - Power and lighting.
•  - Ventilation.
•  - HVAC systems.
•  - Control and regulation technology.
•  - Energy and climate issues.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish.
• Good computer skills.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
